Stimulation Course (VSCuser)

’ VSCuser ”is a large hardware-software complex that includes 16 unique ophthalmological treatment and diagnostic programs.

Today it is the world's only powerful comprehensive personal specialized tool designed to treat a number of severe ophthalmic diseases and protect the eyesight of people experiencing constant visual overload.

The course of stimulation (USCuser) is indicated for the following diseases:

  • Asthenopic complaints, accommodation spasm, visual fatigue.
  • Myopia of mild, moderate, high degree (progressive).
  • Hyperopia of weak, medium, high degree.
  • Presbyopia.
  • Strabismus.
  • Amblyopia.
  • Primary and secondary chorioretinal retinal dystrophy (visual acuity> 0.05):
  • Ascending and descending optic neuritis (remission stage).
  • Optic nerve coloboma and choroid.
  • Partial atrophy of the optic nerve (visual acuity> 0.05).

LIST OF THERAPEUTIC-THERAPEUTIC PROGRAMS, INCLUDED IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE COMPLEX:

Magnetostimulation, laser stimulation, electrostimulation, photostimulation programs are designed to adequately stimulate the mechanisms of visual perception, which helps to restore impaired vision functions.

What is MAGNETOSTIMULATION ?

In the past 30 years, a new promising physiotherapeutic method of magnetotherapy has been finding wider application in ophthalmology.

Studies in various fields of medicine and biology have shown that magnetic fields have a pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic and decongestant effect. It was also proved that magnetotherapy improves trophism, accelerates tissue regeneration, epithelialization of ulcer surfaces, and faster wound healing.

Studies have also found that magnetic fields contribute to a more intense resorption of retinal edema and retinal hemorrhage. The effect of a magnetic field on microcirculation and vascular reactivity has long been observed. Under the influence of the field, the elasticity and tone of the vessels are normalized, the blood flow velocity in them, the diameter of the capillaries increases.

What is 'LASERSTIMULATION'?

Since the late seventies in ophthalmology, a fundamentally new direction has begun to take shape - the use of low-energy laser radiation - laser therapy (laser stimulation).

Improving microcirculation is one of the most important properties of exposure to low-energy lasers. An equally important aspect of low-energy laser radiation is the stimulation of lymph circulation due to the formation of new chorioretinal microcirculation pathways in the eye, which ultimately leads to an increase in the metabolism in the retina.

What is ELECTRICAL STIMULATION?

Electrostimulation organically enters into the structure of ocular treatment, which involves the action of weak impulses of electric current of the structure and sequence on the sensory and neuromuscular apparatuses of the eye.

What is “PHOTOSTIMULATION”?

When exposed to the central region of the retina by pulsed light of various wavelengths with a certain flash frequency, photons of light reaching the photoreceptors of the retina stimulate fine photochemical processes in its multilevel layers, which activate the entire visual analyzer as a whole: the retina - the optic nerve - the brain.

What is “RELAXATION”?

Relaxation - accommodation training (accommodation is the adaptation of the eye to clear vision of objects at different distances by changing the refractive power of its optical media (mainly the lens). The program is an optical simulator for training the ciliary muscle of the eye.

What is "COGLIGENCE (treatment)"?

Strabismus (treatment) - the program is designed to treat strabismus by the method of orthoptic exercises aimed at developing fusion and restoring binocular vision.

What results should be expected after a course of stimulation:

With regular passage of stimulation in dynamics is observed:

stop the progression of myopia (myopia), improve microcirculation in the blood vessels of the “nutrition of the eye", relieve spasm of accommodation, in some cases increase visual acuity by 5-20% without correction and with correction.

- with farsightedness (hyperopia) the removal of asthenopic complaints, visual fatigue, increased visual acuity by 5-20% without correction and with correction.

- with amblyopia, an increase in visual acuity by 5-20% without correction and with correction.

How often can a stimulation course be taken?

Patients under 18 years of age are recommended to take a stimulation course twice a year, in some cases 3-4 times a year (on the recommendation of a doctor).

After 18 years, the patient may be offered laser vision correction. Regular passage of stimulation helps to obtain the best result after laser correction.

Stimulation is carried out at the same time for 10 days.

It is allowed to take a course of stimulation for 5 days twice a day with an interval between procedures of at least 6 hours.

The duration of stimulation is an average of 30-40 minutes.

Control in dynamics on the 10-14th day after the end of stimulation.
